They gave us full attention. I was super picky and they really paid attention to my likes and dislikes. They are very knowledgable about flowers and they were happy to introduce me to many unique flowers that suit my theme and taste. Last-minute we had to change the arrangement from outdoor to indoor due to rainy weather conditions and they were flexible to adjust the arrangments to suit our last-minute indoor setting. They are great at communication, very friendly, patient, and helpful. If you are struggling to verbalize what you like they help you to know yourself better and think along with you.
